And it dont stopp ! wont stopp! cant stopp! Body rock! Back on the training mode! Taking my dancin to another level. chicken breast brown rice and protein shakes. Daily stretching and hittin the gym . Rediscovering my discipline through daily practice. feeling stronger means feeling my whole body sore the next day after practice. Part of being an artist is upkeeping on the physical side. Self mastery.

Dancing for me is mental physical. Dedicated to rocken that body funk. releasing all that soul jazz out of me. Plus Bboyin in Seattle is on another level. Its good to be surrounded with dedicated heads that are serious about Dancen! Motivated to progress.
